If you are located outside of the Myrtle Beach, SC area and you would like a ‘partner’ to work with who will help you see what you need to do to live a happier, simpler and stress free life ~ A life that you can’t see possible at the moment because you have so much going on and are feeling overwhelmed and unsure. All the help you need is at your fingertips. Enjoy the flexibility of getting the help you are seeking, by an outside perspective. You can get this help right from the comfort of your own home. You don’t have to get dressed up or even look presentable if you don’t want to. The communication choice is yours. Online AND phone OR video chat.
Your Life Coach isn’t part of your personal life. This matters, because how often have you tried to have a friend or family member help you with life decisions or challenges? You feel weird because they know YOU, they know all about you and your friends and family. They may not always support your decisions and unless they are educated and experienced in Life Coaching, they may not be able to show you how to figure out what to do with your life. Especially if they are struggling with challenges of their own.
When you discuss your goals and needs and wants with your me, your Life Coach, I will be there to support your choices and decisions, while helping you to stay motivated and focused on what will help you move in the right direction. I will also help you overcome challenges and obstacles that may get in your way while moving toward your goals. I only succeed when YOU do!
Don’t have a set goal yet? That’s OK! I help you to review your values and what is important to you. That way, you are able to really KNOW what you want to be and do and accomplish. Setting your goals and revising them as needed won’t be as hard if you have an experienced Life Coach on hand to help you get through this part of your life.
What does BALANCE mean for you?
Life Balance is personal and unique to each person. What may be satisfying or balanced for some may be stressful or boring for others. I promise to help you plan a life that is more satisfying and closer to your definition of balance. By providing you with a regular ‘check in’, I can identify patterns and help you learn even more about yourself.
Your Coach will help find your life BALANCE by guiding you to Clarify your priorities to set realistic goals, Assess where you are right now, Review your resources and options, Create a plan of action, motivate you toward your commitment, Keep you on track of your plan, Celebrate your successes along the way. She will also show you how to manage your anxiety and stress, which comes along when we are moving in the wrong direction, become super overwhelmed, or just not living the life we want for ourselves.

Usually, if one is either confused or unhappy or overwhelmed in their life, there needs to be some important changes to their current habits or way of living so that they can begin to experience the ease and happiness and wellness of a healthy lifestyle. Not everything we do in life benefits us. So it is helpful to learn what WILL benefit us. With Life Coaching, Virtual Life Coaching, or Lifestyle Coaching, we work together – you and I – think of us working together as a TEAM. I am the Coach and you are the Player. I help you get the best out of your life (the game) as you can with whatever you hold in your power, your heart and mind. Join now. First session is always complimentary to help you decide if you want to choose Life Coaching as your way of getting what you want out of life. During the complimentary 60 minute session, I will explain HOW Virtual Life Coaching with me works, how we will discover and create your life goals, how we can work together to help you overcome the challenges you are facing and may face while seeking to reach your goals, how I will provide you with all the support, guidance and motivation you need to succeed, and what resources you can expect to receive during your coaching sessions. We will also discuss the different life coaching programs – durations-what’s included-prices, that are available for you to choose from and how they can help you.
It is easy to sign up for the Monthly Virtual Life Coaching Program with Cynthia. Here’s how and what to expect:
- Call, text or email Cynthia at 843-465-7138 email@example.com
- I will talk to you about what you are hoping to accomplish by the end of your Lifestyle Coaching program. (you don’t have to know exacts, I will help you with this during the program).
- We will determine the duration of YOUR Lifestyle Program, depending on YOUR individual needs, wants, current lifestyle, habits, abilities, schedule, etc. Lifestyle coaching programs start at 4 weeks and can be as many as 52 weeks.
- We will determine convenient call days and times for your program. Coaching calls will occur once or up to three times per week for your unique program.
- You will get an invoice emailed to you for the monthly or program duration total before your program begins.
- MONTH to MONTH Programs – When you sign up for the month, there are no catches. You will only pay for the one month and no more. At the end of the program, you have the option to sign up for another month. I don’t like to suggest going on a month to month basis for coaching. But, I do understand if someone is unsure, and would like to see what the 4 weeks will bring in their life. Please understand that if you are serious and are struggling with many challenges, the best way to get the help you need is to be all in. 4 weeks may not be enough for you to get what you need. The average time it takes someone to make important changes and keep practicing those changes as part of their lifestyle is 8-12 weeks or more.
- MULTIPLE MONTH Programs – When you commit to a Longer Lifestyle program (3, 6 or 12), there is a multiple discount. This is because some clients the ease of paying upfront, and they want to get serious and be all in.
- You will receive an initial questionnaire by email to help you get started on the program
- Once you receive your payment receipt, the program will start on your requested date.
- Typically, there will be 1 phone call or video call on the same day each week for 4 weeks, approximately 60 minutes each, this can be altered as needed.
- The weekly follow up emails will be to ensure you are staying on track and to send you any resources or worksheets that will be used during the program.
- The weekly phone/video calls will be extremely helpful for clarifying and defining your goals, designing your action plan, evaluating where you are and where you want to be and how to get there, virtually holding your hand or kicking you in the butt, (if needed), discovering ways to overcome any hidden challenges or obstacles that may keep you from your goals, keeping you motivated and on track and to commend and celebrate your accomplishments.
